About this Frame TV artwork
A botanical study of delicate sweet peas climbing a trellis. The plant is placed off-centre with breathing room, which is what keeps close-up floral art from feeling cramped on a wide screen.
The oil-painting treatment gives it weight: layered, opaque colour, brush marks that follow the forms, and a warm ground showing at the edges of shapes. The medium is contemporary loose oil painting.
Try it in a hallway or study Frame with a wide matte – the extra border makes the composition feel gallery-hung. For the most convincing result set Art Mode brightness two or three notches below the default and the colour tone to warm; the painted surface then looks matte rather than lit.
Supplied as a 3840 × 2160 sRGB JPEG, it needs no resizing or cropping for the Samsung Frame, and displays correctly on LG, Sony, TCL and Hisense art-mode TVs too. This design is one of 1,000 in the bundle.
